ရေစိုနေသော အသားပေါ်သို့ ၃မိနစ်ခန့်ပွတ်တိုက်ပါ။ မိမိတို့ scrub တွင် ဆပ်ပြာပါရှိပါသောကြောင့် ဆပ်ပြာတိုက်ရန်မလိုပါ။ အသုံးပြုပြီးတိုင်း lotion ပြန်လည် အသုံးပြုပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော ရလဒ် ကို ရရှိမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Room temperature တွင်သိမ်းဆည်းနိုင်ပါသည်။ အဖုံးဖွင့်ပြီး သည့်အချိန်မှ စ၍ ၆လအတွင်း အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။ (၁ပတ်တွင် ၂ကြိမ်မှ ၃ကြိမ်အထိ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။)
Usage : Rub thoroughly to wet skin for about 3 minutes. No need for body wash as our scrub already has soap in it. Apply lotion after use for better results. Store at room temperature. Use within 6months after opening. Can be used 2 to 3 times a week.
